Now, I certainly agree that we need both, to have the best outcomes. but the one is essential and the other is a luxury.
I've always had "a job". Never owned a business where I can talk myself into believing I am "my own boss".
As a result, I have learned there is almost never a completely black and white, one way or another situation.
Nuance, like it or not, is in the mix very nearly always.
We are not ants. Somebody is always worth more or worth less than somebody else.

I would go **** nutty if, for example, society required I believe in God or better **** act like it.
Is that a rigid conservative context? Seems to me it is (or would be).
I'd rather keep my spiritual side unfettered by others. I am fascinated by the speculation of the beginning of our universe.
There's something deeply spiritual and unfathomable about that. The dozens of "philosophers" writing chapter and verse then revering their own stories is interesting to a point. But to worship that stuff? Nah...

So, both sides of the con/lib puzzle are necessary IMO. One's worth more than the other though. Image
